Cheese & Charcuterie
Enjoy locally sourced meats and cheeses. Our Charcuterie program features a rotating selection of different meats and cheeses. Guests can build their own board by selecting from our sushi-style menu. We always feature 6-7 different types of meat and cheese. You can make however many selections you want and our staff will create the perfectly styled board for you. Our menu is always rotating so be sure to come back and try something new each time you visit.
Some selections have included Caña de Cabra, a soft-ripened cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk in Murcia, Spain, Buffalo Summer Sausage and Ubriaco Pinot Rose a cheese that is soaked in organic La Jara Pinot Grigio rosé, a dry, elegant sparkling wine. Additionally, our staff is always happy to recommend cocktails and wine pairings!
