Every event is a collaborative, seasonal experience—thoughtfully crafted, locally inspired, and available for one night only.
We kick off the 2026 series on Thursday, March 26, welcoming Chef Jessica Biederman for her debut Chef’s Tasting Dinner with Urban Farmer, showcasing 7X Beef and Rebel FarmEach course is paired with a unique single-varietal, small-batch cider from Haykin Family Cidery, highlighting the natural harmony between farm-driven cuisine and thoughtfully made cider.
